Love is when you sit beside someone doing nothing yet feel infinitely happy, while that is quite true, silent moments are meaningful, but doing nothing can also get boring at times. It’s pertinent to carve out a small portion of time in between all the craziness, to bond with your partner, to ignite the spark and keep it blazing. After all, the secret ingredient behind every successful relationship is not that difficult to master, all you need to do is to put some effort and dedicate some time to each other, everyday.
We at Bandbaajaa.com have created a list of some really cute things that you can do with your partner.
Lie down, look up, cuddle up and get lost in the starry sky. Throw in some cheezy lines like ‘You deserve the whole universe but I am just a star’ and ‘You aren’t just the centre of my universe, you are my entire universe’, to make the night even more perfect and romantic. Hit the planetarium if you have problems of starless nights.
Plan a day or two to take a trip to nowhere. Just get in your car and hit the road. Drive around aimlessly, turning wherever you feel like, stop to eat or to check out something that intrigues your brain. Don’t forget your phone for GPS cause while ‘Home is where you are’ is all cute and adorable, lost in the middle of nowhere with no way to get back home, is not that fun.
Something Spontaneous Everyday
Do something new every day till the wedding, it does not have to be big. It can just be having candle light dinner or going ice skating or paintballing or going on a hot air balloon date or to a carnival. Don’t forget to take pictures and save some souvenirs to create a scrapbook of these beautiful memories.
Start your relationship ritual, every couple should have that one thing that is personal and unique to them, may it be reading to each other, writing notes or love letters, going for a walk in the garden, making coffee, saying a personal phrase/word, giving a flower. Something that automatically makes you smile and laugh.
Have A Day/Night In
Dedicate a day or night to just stay at home and enjoy it. You can try cooking together or have a marathon of your favorite movie or anything else, the goal is to enjoy each other’s company. You might be surprised with the new things you find out. Have a real conversation about the future and maybe even plan your honeymoon.
Hire a photographer to capture a pre-
wedding photo album. Transform into characters from your favorite book or movie, choose quirky backgrounds/venues, get some #couplegoals photos taken. These pictures will look like they have been plucked out of a fairytale and you will treasure them just as much as your wedding ones if not more.
