    This article is not wrong. first and foremost, dinner should be done 3-4 hours before you hit bed and here dinner is at 8.30 which is very late. Lunch at 2.00 PM is too late too.if somebody really wants to lose weight then they need lunch by 1.00 PM and dinner by 7.00 PM. basically, your breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day and dinner lightest. Having dal & rice in dinner is absolutely no. you dinner should be just salad with some soup and followed by nuts / milk.. Light dinner is key to losing weight... also, add some belly exercise on top of this.
