    We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

    • If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery email will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery email from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
    • If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
  • 3. I received a defected item. What should I do?

    As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with:

    • The order number
    • The item's name and number
    • Tell us what’s wrong with the product.

    There are many benefits of making your payment online- convenience, safety and security. While making a payment online, you will be provided with an authorization code in confirmation, if your payment has been successful. In case, your payment is declined, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the details of your name, account details, billing address and password. Make sure that your internet connection is not disrupted, during the process.

    If your account has been debited after you receive the notification of a payment failure, the normal process is that the payment is credited back to your account.

  • 6. The Item I have recieved is not what I ordered, What should I do now?

    We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the wrong item's name and product number.

  • 8. Why doesn't my promo voucher work?

    Please copy and paste the voucher code, as it is case sensitive.

    Please check if your order value is more than minimum order value stipulated for the voucher.

    Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. The validity would be mentioned in the email you received.

  • 9. When will my product get delivered?

    Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to follow your order with our trackable service. To check this, all you need to do is log into ‘My order’ on the ‘my account page’

  • 10. How do I return a product?

    • Informing us:

      In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please feel free to call and share your grievances with our Customer Service Specialists on for India (8:00am - 8:00pm IST) 6 days a week or write to us on

    • Confirmation E-mail from

      You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us on confirming a Return Authorisation, within 2-3 business days.

      Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorisation Reference.

      Please note: Incase needed, we'd request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.

    • Ship back the items

      As would be advised in our return authorization e-mail, please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit related issues .

      Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. Unless you are sure you want to keep the product. Presence of original tags is a must to process returns

      Please do not forget to mark the packaging as "Defective Items for Returns" and not for sale.

  • 11. How will I get refunds against my order?

    Only those products which are returned from the customers as per the acceptable returnpolicy and for which the replacement is not possible will be eligible for refunds.

    In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Bandbajaa may, at its discretion, either contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and notify customer of such cancellation. In such cases Bandbajaa will refund the charged amount to the customer (only for which the payment is already received).

    For Online Refund:

    • In case the payment mode of the refunded order is Online (Credit Card/Net Banking) the amount will be refunded to the customer Card Account.
    • Refund will be done within 7 working days from the date of request of refund.
    • For online refund the transaction might take 3-5 working days to reflect into your account.

    For Offline Refund:

    • We will be asking your account details and the amount will be refunded to your account.
    • Refund will be done within 7 working days from the date of request of refund.
